Seaweed Salad

Seaweed Salad

Ingredients:

Dehydrated seaweed or kelp noodles
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Avocado
Lemon juice

Method:

Soak seaweed until re hydrated
Strain
Place seaweed in bowl
Add 1TBSP of sesame oil
Chop up half an avocado (or as much as you like) and mix with seaweed
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Add a drizzle of lemon juice
Serve
